前民航局長張國政昨（30）日以興航航權遭民航局收回，「巧婦難為無米之炊」，宣布退出承接興航。民航局也指出，收回的航權將重新分配，因為興航目前仍持有執照，該公司若有繼續經營的意願，必須重新申請航權。
張國政表示，他是為了解決政府當前問題，用心為興航離職員工找尋另一條出路，接受原「五里亭機場活化案」合作團隊建議，出面承擔責任，絕不是非正式的表態。
張國政批評行政院長林全、交通部長賀陳旦、民航局長林國顯不懂航空，「但航權被收回，現在再談投資都沒有用。」民航局要求一天內寫出復航計畫是不可能，他要寫營運計畫至少要半個月、1個月。
張國政並還原歷程，前天致電賀陳旦，但賀陳旦請秘書轉告「沒有立場說可以、還是不可以接」，建議他直接與興航董事長林明昇接觸。張國政說，他打電話給林明昇，林董告訴他興航已決定要解散，無法再提復飛計畫，且公司高手多被挖走，並提議若團隊有興趣接手，「不妨讓社會大眾知道」，因此他29日上午召開記者會向大家宣布。
張國政表示，有媒體說他有5千張興航股票，他要與律師商量採取法律行動，因為他1張股票也沒有，他負責的航空事業教育基金會、團隊成員及親屬都沒有興航股票。
